Processing maintenance Requests
If a maintenance request is called in during normal business hours (M-F 9:00-5:00), then it will typically be addressed within 24 hours.
There are times when response time may be slightly slower due to unforeseen emergencies that arise from time to time.
Non-emergency calls received over the weekend will be handled the following Monday. Residents who wish to be home when work is completed must call the office to schedule an appointment. Tenants can fill out an online service order request below for submission.
After hours Maintenance emergency policy
Apartments Niagara has a 24 hour a day emergency maintenance staff. After Hours Emergencies consist of:
  • Loss of Power,
  • Loss of Heat
  • Loss of Water or Plumbing
  • Flooding in the Unit
Please call our emergency line at 716.345.4451 your call will be returned immediately and our maintenance staff will be sent out.
Lock Outs

During regular business hours please feel free to call the office if you are locked out of your home and someone will meet you as quickly as possible to let you in. After hours there is a $25.00 charge for this service.
