Is renters insurance required?
Renters insurance is not required but it is highly recommended. Residents’ personal belongings are not protected under our insurance coverage under any circumstance. Renters insurance is very inexpensive and a great way to protect your belongings.
 
 
Can I change my locks?
The changing of apartment locks is prohibited. Reason being, in case of an emergency we have to be able to gain access to the apartment in the event you aren’t home. If you need your locks changed for any reason please contact the office and we will be happy to do it for you.
 
Can I install an Air Conditioner?
Some of our properties come equipped with air conditioners if yours doesn’t you are welcome to but a window unit in your apartment. Our maintenance staff will even install it for you if you need assistance.
 
Are Satellite Dishes allowed?
Satellite dishes are strictly prohibited. Installing Dishes on roofs adds to the wear and tear of the buildings and in addition to this they are unsightly. Apartments Niagara prides itself on keeping its communities neat and clean.
 
Will Apartments Niagara request to show my apartment?
Apartments Niagara respects your right to privacy and would only call to schedule a viewing under exceptional circumstances.
 
Is there snow removal?

Absolutely, all properties are plowed and shoveled on a regular basis during the winter season. While in most instances snow is removed by the time our residents have to leave for work in the morning exceptions can arise in instances of significant snowfall.
