    occupying the apartment who are 18 years or older.

3) The security deposit on the apartment is equal to one months rent. The
    security deposit is due with the application in order to reserve or hold an
    apartment. The additional amount is due at time of move in. This payment
    is non-refundable in the event you cancel the apartment at a later date.
Once you open the "Rental Forms" in Adobe Reader, simply select the "PRINT ICON" in the upper left corner of the PDF window to print your copy or the "SAVE ICON" to save a copy of the file to your computer.
